The Epilepsy South Africa Educational Trust
Deadline: 2013-10-31
A small contribution with major long-lasting impact
The purpose of this Trust is to provide bursary/financial support to promising and talented students with epilepsy who wish to enter tertiary education in their chosen fields of study. Over the past 14 years, the Trust realised that whilst it often do not have sufficient funds to provide full scholarships, its funding is often the last amount required for the student to register at a tertiary or higher learning institution.
Supporters of the Trust
Thuo Gaming has been the mayor contributor to the Trust for many years, enabling over a hundred students with epilepsy to reach their ful potential in life by completing their studies. The company's continuous annual support has in many times supported students from their first registration until the day of their proud graduation.
A new addition to the supporters of the Trust is the Stella and Paul Loewenstein Charitable and Educational Trust who has contributed towards student support for two years consecutively now.
On behalf of the students whose futures have for ever been altered through this support, the Trustees conveys their deepest gratitude to these loyal supporters.
Should you or your company want to make a contribution to the Trust, please phone 021 595 4900 or email fundraising.no@epilepsy.org.za.
